Busty Bust Paperweight

ITEM: Paperweight bust of a busty woman with no arms

CONDITION: Good

USABILITY: Guaranteed

PRICE: RM50

THE STORY: I've had this item for years now. I hardly use it, so it's been lying around - or rather, posing around - on my workdesk for some time now. It's of quite some weight, so it's an ideal paperweight. Because of its weight and sturdiness, it could also be a deadly weapon. But I would advise you not to use it for any other purpose than to hold down paper.

COLLECTOR'S ITEM! Kung Fu Hustle Lollipop

ITEM: Kung Fu Hustle lollipop (movie merchandise)

CONDITION: Very good

USABILITY: The lollipop is obviously expired, since Kung Fu Hustle was released in 2004. So, DO NOT CONSUME!

PRICE: Leave bids in comments.

THE STORY: This is part of the merchandise or premium items they gave out during the promotion of the movie. Of course, it is definitely smaller than the lollipop that appears in the movie and in the poster. But it's still an official merchandise. So, get it now! Hold it in the presence of others and feel like Stephen Chow!

Expired Herbal Tea

ITEM: Ayurveda Renewal Brew Herbal Tea

DESCRIPTION: "A fragrant tea made from herbs and flowers. Enjoy a great tasting brew created especially for your dosha with a blend to help cool the emotions and restore wellbeing (sic)."

INGREDIENTS: Peppermint leaves (Folia Menthae Pip.), Lemon Grass (Herba Andropogonis), Rose Petals (Flores Rosae), Rose Buds, Elder Flowers (Flores Sambuci), Cardamon Fruits (Fructus Cardamoni).

Made in Germany. Packed in the UK.

CONDITION: Expired on November 2001. Bottle is extremely dusty.

USABILITY: Well, it is expired. So: DO NOT CONSUME. Can be used as decoration though. Maybe even as potpourri. But what do I know, since I never opened it and don't dare to now.

PRICE: RM150

THE STORY: Someone in the office gave it to me. Since I'm not big on herbal stuff or even ayurveda, I left it lying around for ages. Later, I saw that it was expired. Then I also realised that colleague had given it to me AFTER it had expired. Made me wonder what I ever did to her to deserve such a gift.

Empty SD Card Reader Container

ITEM: Container for SD card reader; comes with a USB cable, sponges and a mini-CD-R.

SD CARD READER NOT INCLUDED

CONDITION: Good

USABILITY: Everything is brand new and functions well

PRICE: RM80

THE STORY: I have absolutely no idea how this item ended up on my office desk. It never contained an SD card reader, as far as I know. Maybe someone only needed the card reader, took that, and abandoned everything else on my desk. I can't understand the writing on the container, but it would seem system requirement is Windows 98/2000/Me/XP or Mac OS 9.x.

Dolphin Keychain

ITEM: Animated wind-up Dolphin keychain

CONDITION: Fair, a little dusty, metal chain a little rusty.

USABILITY: Functions well as both keychain and wind-up toy.

PRICE: RM60

THE STORY: I bought this at Changi Airport in Singapore some years ago. I have never used it as a keychain, but have always picked it up and opened it to watch the dolphins swim, whenever I got bored. These toys used to be hot items at one time, but I think they're no longer as popular or as readily available anymore. So, grab it! What are you waiting for? Watch the video below for a demonstration of how it works. (The music you hear in the video does not come from the keychain; I added it as background music)

Receipt From Greece

ITEM: Receipt for an item bought in Greece

CONDITION: Fair, with creases and yellowing.

USABILITY: Can't think of any uses for this, but maybe you can still get a tax rebate for it in Greece.

PRICE: RM15

THE STORY: I went to Greece in 2004, right before the Olympics. I bought quite some stuff there, and I can't recall what this receipt was for. I can't understand what it says on the receipt, because, well, it's all literally Greek to me.

Narita Tourist Guide (Inclusive Of Free Gift!)

ITEM: Tourist Guide Around Narita Airport (in English and French) aka Guide touristique des environs de l'aeroport de Narita

NUMBER OF PAGES: 46

CONDITION: Like new

USABILITY: Didn't try using it when I was in Narita because of lack of time, but I would trust the Japanese to create a good guide.

PRICE: RM50 (with FREE GIFT!)

THE STORY: The title is misleading. You'd think "Tourist Guide Around Narita Airport" would mean a book about how to get around the interiors of the airport. But it's really a guide for the area around the airport, ie. NARITA. Hence, "around Narita airport" isn't "around the INSIDE of the airport" but "around the OUTSIDE of the airport." It's got nice pictures and useful maps - 46 pages chockful of touristy goodness! And bilingual too!

I figured if you need a Narita tourist guide, then it would probably be your first trip to Tokyo, so I'll throw in a TOKYO SUBWAY GUIDE AND MAP for FREE! You only have to figure out how to read the map, because ... well, just look at it! Confusing as hell!

Panadol not included!
